BACKGROUND:
Where did this story come from?

Scott V: Some of the gags, like the kitten thing came from an idea Scott L and Debbie brought to a meeting one night. Wouldn't it be cute to have someone who wishes things for her neighbors? As a sull-blown skit, it needed some conflict, and Jim had the perfect stick-in-the-mud character to spoil the day.
 
We recorded an audio version of this skit in October 2003.
